Are Odense Municipality, CIVICA Housing Company and the Police Corrupt?

Are Odense Municipality, Civica Housing Company and the Police Corrupt? This is a serious question to be asked concerning the way some administrational public services in Denmark deal with public matters concerning the integrity, safety and well-being of the citizens.

Preamble on Foreigners' Influence!

It seems to me that over 70 years of foreigners’ presence in Denmark have corruped everything in this land. This might have also happened in many lands, in which foreigners live, like America, Asia, Australia and Europe. Most of the foreigners are refugees and those have come from well known corrupt countries. So, it is apparently that they have carried the corruption from their resources to the lands they live in.

I will give only one example of foreigners bad influence in Denmark. Before 2000, you will never hear a loud voice in public transports, like the bus transport and the train transport. In may cases when anyone talks like that, you will see the citizens looking at him or her with that look you know expresses annoyance and that is because citizens are not used to it.

After a couple of years, that situation has changed and now you can see everyone including the citizens talk loudly in public transports and even when they are walking here and there and in public places. So, this indicates that the citizens have been influenced by foreigners and instead of that the rational social contracts of the citizens should have influenced foreigners, the foreigners have impacted the citizens by their bad behaviours. What a mess?

The social contracts in moral conditions and political philosophy, which are a model originated in the Age of Enlightenment in Europe are not only actual or hypothetical agreement between those who rule and those who are ruled. They are also social contracts between citizens and between the public sectors and the citizen.

I will mention an example of how an apartment rental company like Civica Housing Company, Odense "Kommune" and the Police in Denmark has thrown this kind of social contract to the wall and how that reveals the incompetence, incredibility and un transparency of these public services. It also indicates no level of professiobality and insincerity.

Without Doubts Odense Municipality, CIVICA Housing Company and the Police Lack a Proper Vision!

One person wrote to human rights organizations about the following matter that has exposed him to danger through many acts that violate human rights and privacy rights. He lived in his flat in Odense for some 12 years and he has never heard of anyone of the neighbours complaining of disturbance, or anything wrong he did that affected the other residents. Before that he lived in other municipalities for more that 10 years and he has never been accused of any disturbance. His police record is clean.

Instead he complains many times to CIVICA housing company and to the police about disturbance where he lives. Sometimes, the disturbance is very high and there is a rule here concerning complaints to the housing company that at least two other persons should sign his, or her complaints.

With this condition provided the house rental company of CIVICA should act positively. But, it didn't when he submitted signed complaints by two other residents. The administrational rules of the company are aggressive, as you can't reach the responsible director of any section in the company directly, as if he is or she is a president of the state.

The house rental company of CIVICA rent illegal apartments, which violate human rights and privacy rights in many of the buildings they own rights to rent in a close cooperation with the municipality. For example these apartments are in the L compound or section of the buildings where they are at the left of other apartments.

When a resident of any apartment in the L section goes in and out, he or she passes through a balcony and the kitchen window of the neighbour who resides at the right.

Without doubts, the CIVICA rental houses company doesn't care about these issues of human rights and privacy rights and it continues its abusive ways treating residents in their apartments relying on the authority of Odense municipality that shares profits with it. This is a kind of a capitalist procedures that runs in the benefits of those who have the money and thus power.

In many standards, together the three mentioned departments here and of course including the police department either don't know that such acts committed against the person mentioned here are criminal acts and they even violates the Danish law, or maybe that they don't care. You will know this when you go through the problems that person faces since more than two months.

What are the Human Rights and Privacy Violations the Mentioned Person Experiences in a Country of Law Like Denmark?

This is the story of the human rights violations and privacy violations that person experiences in Denmark, despite the well known facts that Denmark is a land of law.

The problems began about 8-10 months ago, when CIVICA housing company rent an apartment in the L section of one of the buildings to an old lady. The lady started from the first day to put a supermarket's carriage in his balcony in front of the window he used to open to change the air in his apartment.

He spoke to the lady to move that carriage from his balcony, but she didn't care. Instead she began to put the cases of the garbage on that carriage. He again told her that CIVICA house rental company has locked the holes in the floors and brought garbage containers in front of the building and there are insects including "vibes" are now rooming around and they will get to his balcony because of her garage.

He explained that he couldn't open the window in his kitchen to change air in his apartment and now with her garbage he cannot open it, because the insects will get in his apartment and he is allergic, so he cannot use anti-insects spray. She didn't hear, or understand.

Then one day he got upset, opened the window and pushed a walking stole hard there until it made a noise when it hit the side of her balcony. From that moment she removed everything that belongs to her from his balcony.

After some days he saw all of the family of one of his neighbours gathering in his balcony to grill meat, eat and drink. The neighbour has not got any permission from him to agree on that. So, he was shocked, but he didn't say anything about that. He just agreed with himself that those people just don't know anything about the social contract between neighbours.

During that period he saw many people and exactly over fifty persons passing by through his balcony in and out carrying food. In the very hot summer he cannot walk in his kitchen or inside his flat in under wear, or even naked. He called CIVICA house rental company and one of the employees told him to put a curtain in the kitchen.

He told her that through more than twenty years he never used a curtain in his apartments, because he feels well when he looks to the sky, nature and other buildings in the area.

She didn't understand that. He explained that he is a man who cannot live in locked places and he has chosen this apartment because it has a large glass window in the kitchen that opens into the nature and other large glass windows at the back balcony, through which he can look to the sky, nature and the lights of the other buildings, when he wants to sleep and he cannot sleep without doing that.

He mentioned to her that this situation in which CIVICA house rental company rents such apartments in the L section violates privacy rights, which are a part of human rights.

When CIVICA house rental company didn't act properly with this issue he went to the lady and knocked on her door. A nurse opened the door and the lady was few steps behind her. He told the lady politely that he doesn't accept seeing so many people coming in and out through his balcony and that he has no any privacy in his own home.

The lady shouted on his face asking “what do you want me to do. I cannot say to my visitors don't come and visit me.” He told her that they are not normal visitors, but customers you make food for them, including cafeterias and restaurants, schools and some residents in the area.

When he got back to his apartment, he heard her nocking on a door of a neighbour beside his apartment and then she came to knock on his door.

He opened the door. She told him again those are guests. He told her that they are not. You cook food for them and he repeated what he has already said and added you know you cannot do this in an apartment and if the municipality knows about that then you will be hurt and all I want please don't put anything in my balcony.

Few days later the numbers of business visitors started to decrease. He started to compensate with the lady and gave her some gifts.

From the day she rent the flat she used to sleep in her sleeping room. The abused person sleeps always in a sofa in his sitting room. The wall of his sitting room separates it from the sitting room of that lady. The wall is not a real wall at all, but a very thin wall. There is not any sound proof between the apartments, so you can hear any voice coming from neighbours.

That also means when that person lay himself to sleep on his sofa, chat on phone with anyone, or snore, or talk in his dreams, or cough the lady will hear him, as he hear when she prepares spices to the food she sells to the mentioned businesses. As the lady knows where he sleeps, she changed the place where she sleeps in her sleeping room and put a thing the person doesn't know exactly what it is a bed or a sofa just beside his sofa.

A person in this situation who has extensive knowledge about many matters in life knows psychologically that was an act of emotional self-compensation in her subconscious that she doesn't know anything about.

But, that was not a problem to him. The problem happened when this lady started to make noises. The noises are from the thing she sleeps on. The bed, or the sofa has a sound that feels so intimate and sexual like that someone is making love with that lady.

He knew that she hasn't a husband and he wondered about such sexual acts. He couldn't sleep. He thought that might be accidental. But, the same sexual acts continued for many days and every night he couldn't sleep, because he became sexually aroused an erected hard every time she did that and apparently couldn't sleep with such erection.

He told her to stop that, because these noises from the thing she sleeps in got him into a hard erection and he cannot sleep.

Instead of stopping, or move the thing she sleeps in to another place in her sitting room, she started to increase the frequency of these stimulating noises. So, he has no choice other than to do iPhone sex, watch sexual movies, or chat with some girls to ejaculate and make that erection go away and sleep.

He anticipated that she heard everything he said while chatting and doing this, although he whispered with his girls. He actually hate high noises and voices, close his ears when a police car or a fire car makes that noise on the streets and he never raised his television volume higher over 4.

Human Rights and Privacy Violations in Denmark!

The apartment in the upper floor, which is exactly over his apartment with the same structure of the rooms was rent to someone who moved from it to another place, as he heard. In normal situation CIVICA housing company does not let any apartment empty for more then two moths.

Now that apartment which is supposed to be empty has residents who are living there, although CIVICA hasn't rent it to anyone. Those residents are very young Arab boys.

Those boys carried a bed and som other materials up to the empty flat, as he saw them from the window of his kitchen and took pictures of them, because he heard them making high noises in that flat, which is supposed to be empty.

Then he saw two cars stopping out side of the building at night with their lights on. He took pictures of the cars.

As a person who fled from many dictators to this land and brought to it by the UNHCR as a convention political refugee he has that sense of security.

The boys make disturbing noises, every time he starts to do his things, chatting and doing sex on his iPhone. or watching the sexual movies. The high nosies also starts, when that lady makes sexual noises by her bed, or sofa.

Not only that but, he heard some devices fixed on the floor of the apartment above his apartment and connected to a computer and he reached for his iPhone to record that.

In the recording he heard one of the boys whispering to the other. So, he is quite sure that is spying attempt on him through watching and hearing devices. He heard them typing on the keyboard of the computer and they do this also whenever he works on his own computer.

One night he heard a girl whispering with them, when the lady started her sexual noises. So, he shouted in anger saying that it will be better than spying on me to come down and get all that erection inside you.

He becomes sure of that they are spying, when he everyday gets from his sitting room to other rooms in his apartment, or to the kitchen and even when he gets to the toilet. He hears steps following him.

When he changes his sleeping place to sleep in another room he hears the steps of the boys following him to that room where they start making high noises.

He couldn't sleep in any place in his apartment, so he called the police. The police told him that they cannot do anything about it, as this matter should be reported to the housing company, so he did.

However he told them that the matter is not only about disturbance, but it is about spying and it is about boys occupying an empty flat.

He wrote two complaints earlier to CIVICA house rental company and waited for two weeks and he didn't get a response. So, he became quite sure that the company is part of all the human rights violations and privacy violations and of that there is a conspiracy here in this issue.

In normal situation such complaint to the housing company takes two weeks to respond to it. So, he couldn't sleep during this period. The housing company didn't respond even when the time comes to respond. So, he went to the police and told them about the problem he has.

He told the official girl of CIVICA in the administration office of the area about records he has some evidences there are people in that flat upstairs taking shower and the water runs from the shower room upstairs on his shower room downstairs. She came with a professional with a tool to check, went upstair and didn't let him know who's there.

The police said they cannot do anything about it again. So, he told them that all of these behaviours are criminal acts and the police should do something to stop them. During that period the neighbouring lady hasn't stopped her sexual harassment and he didn't stop doing his thing ejaculating, although he knew that the boys upstairs were watching that.

He heard a voice of a girl with them again, when he used his iPhone to record what was going on in the apartment upstairs. He shouted on them to stop spying on him and said that he knows everything they are doing. He went upstairs and knocked on the door of that apartment, but they didn't open it.

He hates this situation and hates that neither the police, nor CIVICA are willing to do something about it. His instinct tells him that they are behind these acts, maybe because of his political opinions and as they cannot do anything about that so they are conspiring to drive him crazy by such acts, which violates human rights and privacy rights.

As a person who always wants things to fall in their right places and wants people to be responsible and adhere to social contracts, he got angry for example when he sees announcements about anything, which CIVICA has fixed on the door and walls of the building removed by residents.

So, he starts to damn these acts of irresponsibility. He gets angry also when he sees the glasses of the bus stops broken and when he sees the bottles broken on the passages of bikes and damn every act like that.

It is probably that the residents on the building hear him while he is doing that and describe those who do such things as idiots and they hate him for that, because those are their boys who are doing that.

He also shouts when he opens the outside door of the building and sees the damages they cause to the door, saying that "it is better to bring good children", and asking so 2are you good only in doing sex and having children."

He started to see the three cars stopping outside the building, sometimes five cars and sometimes six cars with their lights on and when those in the cars saw him standing in his kitchen watching them they put the lights off. He took pictures and reported this issue to human rights organizations.

One day the nosies are not normal at all, as there was a heavy machine used to make unbearable noises and he couldn't sleep. Such machine as he thought might collapse the floor in the apartment above his own, which makes the roof of his apartment.

So, he thought to himself, do they want it to fall on me and then claim that was an accident.

He couldn't bear the thought so he called the police and the police again said we have nothing to do about that. So, he left his apartment to spend the weekend with his daughter who lives in another city.

When he came back he found the same situation going on and on. He started to play Journey in their song "Don't Stop Believing" many times.

He went to the police to explain the matter and there was a woman police. When he said to her the Arab boys are spying... she cut him off, saying "no" without even letting him complete what he wanted to say. So, he wondered about how the police employ such a person in the police forces!

The right police will not say a thing like that to a person who went to them to report criminqal acts against him. She was supposed to let him complete what he wanted to say, or ask him how did you know they spy on you.

He returned home and continued to live in this misery for some weeks, but he engaged in gathering more evidences. He recorded more audios and took more pictures to prove that there is a conspiracy going on against him and to prove that even hearing and watching devices are used.

He went to the police and found a police man there who registered the issue on his computer and he asked him why the police won't take the law to arrest people who are living in a flat that the rental company doesn't rent until now. The police didn't answer.

So, he added these are criminal acts. The police said if they are intentional.
At this point he asked him don't you see that they are intentional although I told you they continued for many days and don't you consider what I told you about those very young Arabs who are spying on me?

The police said nothing. Then that person we are speaking about told the police that he cannot bear it any longer.

A couple of weeks later when the spying and disturbance continued he called the police and a woman police responded to the call asking him "is this issue about the flat number ... in the compound number ..." and when he said yes, she said you shouldn't call here again.

He was very surprised and told her that you are the police who are supposed to help in this matter. She said nothing, so he told her that he will report all these human rights violations to human rights organizations.

He went to CIVICA housing company several times and in the last visit he asked why CIVICA won't take action to get those young boys out of that flat and why all of this happens to him. He couldn't find an answer. So, he becomes quite sure of the conspiracy and the involvement of the housing company and the police.

He knew that those young Arab boys are driven by their parents who have not the courage to come to him to explain why all these shameful acts are performed against him.

He started to ask himself are they really Muslims. Muslims don't do that, as they solve matters with any person by coming to him to tell him that he made a problem to see what he will say and how he defend himself.

They will not become the judge and the executor of what they think is a crime whom they take as a defendant doesn't commit forget about that there is no crime committed by that person in this regard.

They absolutely don't know the law, because if there is a crime they won't be the ones who do that, but the police. And the police will not do that without having hard evidences and a warrant from a judge who's convinced by the evidences. That is the law, idiots.

In the flow of the weeks and with the continuation of spying and exposing a person life to all of such criminal acts and with the absence of the law that person decided to travel to spend a week in Germany to have peace of mind, in a process that costs him a lot of money.

So, now it is not only his stability in a country that must offer it to him as a United Nations convention political refugee that is exposed to a psychological war, but also his economies are exposed to more expenditure.

When he came back he went to the police station with his bags to tell them that he arrived from Germany and he went there because the police couldn't do anything about this issue and he told them that he hopes a police comes to see who are there in that apartment.

A police woman told him that there is a police car rooming the city and he can wait or them and she didn't know when they come. He told her that he is tired and they are welcome to come and visit him at home to tell them more about this issue.

They didn't come that day, but they came the second day. So, his doubts become strong prove of that neither the police nor CIVICA will help in this matter of human rights violations and privacy violations and all of his counts are proof of a conspiracy.

They came three one was a man and two were women. He told them the story again. They went upstair to see who are there and didn't come back to him and didn't tell him about what they found.

CIVICA housing company has an office in the area of the building that provides services to the area. The head of the office is a girl, to whom he spoke about the matter and the girl said that she went there upstair to look and she didn't find anyone in that apartment.

So, he again becomes quite sure of the involvement of the housing company and the police in these human rights violations and privacy violations.

He wrote another complaints to CIVICA house rental company and waited for two weeks and he didn't get a response. So, he becomes quite sure of that the company is part of all the human rights violations and privacy violations.

He wrote another memoranda to human right organizations and referred to human rights violations committed in Denmark prior to this one, whereby the human rights organizations criticized a former prime minister when he attended the NATO conference in Brussels.

This time human rights organizations must do more than criticizing, as it is the only way to prove their credibility and transparency, he thought.

During these violations the boys heard him speaking on phone with an old Danish friend of him who was a journalist and they were both in the a journalist group in his city. The first time he called him, his friends welcomed him warmly by saying his name and adding a long time, I am now engaged call me at evening.

When he called at evening several times his friend didn't pick the call. So, he thoughts that they have contacted him not to respond.

At the same time the boys heard him speaking on the phone with a tv channel and the person he contacted told him to call later so he can give him a name of a journalist that have prior reported on an issue of a man who is imprisoned in Denmark for five years under claims of participating in international terrorism.

When he called later and told the man who picked the phone that he has a fresh story about human rights violations in Odense, the man responded quickly, no I cannot help you.

And with these two issues he is now quite sure of the conspiracy that involves human rights violations and privacy violations and even how those conspirators affect even the media.

Some weeks passed and the human rights and privacy violations continued, but this time the movie which goes on and on and one took another scenes. He heard footsteps of a hail shoes of a woman going to and fro on the municipality corridor about the upper apartment at 10:30 pm.

The same sound of the shoes he heard many times during work days passing through that corridor. He also saw an employee of the muicnipality visiting that lady and getting out with papers in her hand.

So, now the idea and what he thought of is complete... a conspiracy that involves human rights and privacy violations is planned by Odense municipality, CIVICA and the police in a case that has not any sign of criminal acts.

Not only this but other persons have got into the play of this movie. A man or a woman is now coming at afternoon and at night for a while to sleep in a couch in the sitting room of that lady and make the same noises as she makes.

Our prospect wondered, if that is a man, then he should be ashamed of himself. How did the prospect know about this act of making the same sexual noises and that they are not done by the lady can only be explained by the differences of these sexual noises.

The sexual noises made by the lady are so intimate and more sexual and calling for actions more than the other acts which are harsh making the sofa sending harsh nosies which are not sexual at all.

WOW, the feelings of the prospect are pure and they differentiate between sexual and not sexual. He explained about that matter saying it is from the day he became a young man, as he has strong feelings about things and matters and his body is so sensitive receiving and responding to touches.

He said that is the natural sense he was born with. He spoke about some experiences in his life in this regard when he took buses for example at home and girls came to sit close to him and after few minutes some would lean on him, maybe because of the delight body he has.

He said frankly he took many girls home from buses, after some polite talks that would start when the girls make the first move.

So, from this natural sense created with him you can understand why these sexual noises of the lady's couch erect him and he couldn't sleep until he get that erection off by ejaculating.

Is ejaculating in your own home a crime?

Is that requires anyone whoever he is to spy on you and disturb you for more than two long months?

The continuing acts of the lady, which are sexual harassment are punished by law specially when he told her to stop that. And that is a proof of intention to get him aroused.

For that reason, when one day another woman came to lay on the other couch on the lady's sitting room and did the same, he spoke loudly to them telling them that if they wanted this then.

It would be better to come to him by the door, so he could satisfy them both all night, in a way that no man has done before, including even the husband of the other lady. He said that as he explained to make them ashamed of themselves, so they could stop such silly acts.

He lives in the Denmark since more than 20 years and he doesn't have a Danish pass. He regrets the day the UN sent him to Denmark and thinks that if he has been sent to any other state in the world he could have now a passport that he obtained within 3, 5 years.

He mentions that the case used to send him to that land was Eritrean and he doesn't have a homeland as that once has been his homeland doesn't exist nowadays. He writes always to human rights organizations about all these matters.

He hasn't any national papers that indicate from where he originally came, as all his papers were confiscated by the security elements, when he escaped from the land that was once his homeland and before that land is demolished.

His connection with human rights organizations started during the eighties, when he received an invitation from Amnesty International to attend a conference on human rights held in Paris.

He has tens of evidences to all these severe human rights violations and privacy violations that continue for more than two months and are still continuing until this day right under the noses of those who are supposed to take the law seriously. What a shame?

Shame on Odense municipality, shame on CIVICA house rental company and shame on the police in Odense city. Where is the law? Where is justice?

He told the official girl of CIVICA in the administration office of the area about records he has some evidences there are people in that flat upstairs taking shower and the water runs from the shower room upstairs on his shower room downstairs. She came with a professional with a tool to check, went upstair and didn't let him know anything about who's there.

These evidences of human rights violations, privacy violations and terrorist acts of combined criminals with some more than 30 evidences the police refused to look at them when the targeted person tried many times to show them.

What police are that?

Does the Minister of the Interior Affairs know?
Does the Justice Minister know?
Please let them know. I want all Denmark to rise against these uncivilised acts.
