Dynamic Statement to Shift Classic Political Systems!

The Dynamic Statement, in both Arabic and English here is not about anything that happened, as it happens in official statements issued by officials in any country. As long as the statement that we are dealing with here and as we have described it as dynamic, it carries clear indications that it is not a governmental or official statement from any party regarding any matter.

The policies oriented to end the Cold War have exacerbated all of these problems, which have dangerous consequences in the new world order they have created. So, the world masses are required to save their world. They need the LPE of the Masses Era to do that.

The statements issued by officials in any state regarding any matter are, in most cases, ordinary data to clarify matters. Therefore, any statement like this does not have any dynamism of any kind, except in cases of precautionary measures that are issued regarding safety matters and other serious matters that threaten the lives of the population in some areas.

It is precautionary measures that are of interest to us here. But it is not any precautionary measures issued by officials. It is also not just ordinary precautionary measures, but rather means that include mechanisms of action not only to guard against an issue, but to change the circumstances that made what must be guarded in the first place.

To clarify this more, I say that the precautionary measures work to secure the safety of people from the danger of something, which may be military operations, the spread of epidemics, threats to security, severe weather conditions, and other dangerous matters.

• What are these dangerous matters?
• What are their causes?
• When did these dangerous matters, which their originators were the irrational policies of the official regimes begin to appear in the world?
• When did the consequences of these dangerous matters begin to harm our world?

These are the matters we are dealing with in the Dynamic Statement here and all of that has more definition in the sections of the dynamics.

The dynamic ideas resulted from analyzing the dangerous crises that have happened and referring them to their causes and originators. Their causes occurred as a result of the irrational policies of the classical regimes, and thus they were these classical regimes that caused these dangerous matters that appear in many crises in the world.

The dangerous crises are:

• shrinking economic crises,
• crises of regional cultural, religious and political conflicts,
• health crises such as dangerous epidemics,
• crises of global warming / Climate change which has also caused environmental crises,
