Historical Revenge Wouldn't Preserve Any Nation!
by: Khalid Mohammed Osman

First, thanks to respected active contributor. Appreciated Nathan Belay Abtew.

We are indeed in front of a new Ethiopian historical revenge. Every intellect concerning of the development in the Horn of Africa and how the nations were built will absolutely understand this fact. Check my book, Horn Africa's Political Tragedy here and at Apple Books. There is one at the right column.

Second, any disagreement in a topic doesn't mean intended antagonizing bias against any ethnic nationality in the area. We understand this when we read history right and analyze that history.

Historical Facts:

The two ethnic nationalities that have dominated Ethiopia through history (The Amhara, secondly and the Tigray, firstly) have been used by the classic imperialism in the past to plant timely bombs in the area that reflect recent conflicts and thus make the area vulnerable and despair for the help of the same international powers that have created this situation.

Strangely through history those political powers have worked through history to build and maintain self-integrity, while they were working to weaken the poor people in many parts of the world from Africa to East Asia.

They have done that by putting many nationalities together in one state or another to build the recent states in the Horn of Africa and used wars in false integration by annexing many different people to Ethiopia to build the Empire.

They needed in Ethiopia a potential power to represent their interests in the new model of the Ethiopian state based on religious values, which were common with the conquest powers.

They found such interests in the Amhara ethnic group and used Mənilək 11 before he assumed this name in the first stage of building the empire on the 19th century and then used Haile Selassie, before he assumed this name in the second stage on the 20th century.

The second name reflects this religious value, which was the backbone of the Ethiopian empire. While the first name was an assumption of the politics of myth to undermine the common sense of the mass by superstition to serve the interests of feudalists, such notion was one asset to assume that there was a king called Mənilək 1.

The fact regarding this issue that many people even intellects don't see is that such names given to kings and emperors have never been real names and they are used in a way that indicates myth and superstition and religious notions.

Don't forget here, if you knew mythical history, how this myth connects Mənilək 1 with Makeda Balgis, the Queen of Sheba (Balqis) (ملكة سبأ) and King Solomon, as said in (Kebra Nagast) that he was their son, and how the Ark of the Covenant had flown and in some other manuscripts brought from Palestine to Ethiopia and strangely that coffin had fell، or seated in Aksum and not in Lailbella in the Amharic Region of Lasta.

Balgis, the queen of Saba in ancient Yemen in references with a connection to King Abraha was in some sources a habasha queen, during the rule of Habasha to Yemen. I think this is a misconception that makes a lot of confusion in history.

The fact is that there was a Yemeni ancient ethnic group called Habashat and from this ethnic groups historical migrations have made to reside in the land that makes Eritrea now, first (because of the sea) and to the central heights in what was called later Habasha, which was referred to by using name of the Yemeni ethnic group.

The existence of Eritrea that time was referred to in the ancient Greek, when the first Greek reached the land behind the Red Sea and gave the name of a Greek town to the land as Erythres. See the Aegean 100 Beautiful Dodecanese Islands in Greece.

Isn't that not strange to find that the birthplace of the Queen of Sheba (Balqis) was in Agame, as assumed to be and which is an Ethiopian region in Tigray and not in the Amhara region?

The fact is that fables, whether they are Ethiopian, Islamic or Jewish have always been elaborated to develop into legends. But, it is only that when we deeply research, we clear such matters and fix facts that are based in science and not religious misconceptions and myths.

Going through factual history, or mythical history shoud be scientifically to understand the consequences of that history and develop a new human approach to national integrity, but not to commit any genocide against any ethnicity, regardless to what that ethnicity had committed in the past.

Any history shouldn't be used for revenge, or simple hatred of any ethnicity.
