Etiolate Life!
by Ethiopian Poet, Andualem Ambaye
(Arbaminch, Ethiopia, Horn of Africa)
Keeping secret without a say
May be that's the right way
If I don't dream you in the night
Baby..., may be that's right
Let me know it; yours stand
Hey baby..., you understand
You know I'm too scared
To let my pain uncovered
Painful for me is your love
Obliging to live unworthy life
A life lights are shaded
Trashly herbs uselessly weeded
No green hope, all etiolated blue
Like is my life when I think of you.
