The problem in many African countries is that ruling elites control the economy and create peonage systems!

This is a good point of view about the deterioration of the African economy.

I hope that the writer could write about those relatives of the ruling elites who own big companies in the Horn of Africa.

I know there are many of them getting rich because their relatives in the political systems wanted them to be rich and control the economy so they can keep on power.

It is hard sometimes to believe such policy the ruling elites in the Horn of Africa use to put all the African people under severe peonage.
