لقد شاءت الأقدار أن يُعقد المؤتمر الخامس للبيئة بمدينة "استانا"، عاصمة دولة كازاخستان، بين السابع عشر والثامن عشر من شهر مايو المنصرم، بدعوة لعدد لا يستهان به من وزراء الدول الإسلامية، قد بلغ عددهم قرابة الستين وزيرا. كان ينبغي للوفد السوداني المكون من السيد حسن عبدالقادر هلال (وزير البيئة)، والسيد سيد حاج النور أحمد (مدير الشؤون البيئية) وبعض المرافقين لهما أن يشاركوا في هذا المؤتمر الهام بالعاصمة "استانا"، ولا يهم إن كانت المشاركة تجئ بورقة علمية أم مجاملة وحسب.

لكن الشيء الذي يثير العجب أن الوفد وصل بعد لأيٍ وجهد جهيد، قبل يومين من انطلاق المؤتمر إلى مدينة "قازان" عاصمة جمهورية تتارستان (الروسيّة) وكم كانت دهشتهم كبيرة إذ لم يجدوا مسؤولا كازاخياً واحدا من القائمين بأمر المؤتمر بانتظارهم؛ وكأن الأرض ابتلعتهم عن بكرة ابيهم. انتفض أعضاء الوفد من وقع الدهشة عليهم بعد أن وطئت اقدامهم أرض المطار وكأنهم يمرون بأحداث فيلم اختطاف بوليسي أو بكابوس مزعج، فتبدلت طمأنينتهم رعبا وسكينتهم قلقا وتفاؤلهم تشاؤما وظل الصمت مخيّماً على عقولهم حتى كادت نفوسهم من وقع الورطة أن تزهق. لكن بعد (س) و(ج) مع رجال الأمن "بقازان" تبيّن لفضلاء الوفد أنهم يتواجدون في لحظتهم هذه ببلد آخر وفوق هذا كله، بقارة أخرى. فتساءلوا بينهم: أين نحن الآن يا شباب؟ وجدوا أنفسهم بالقارة الأوربية بمدينة "قازان" التتارية وليس في مدينة "استانا"، عاصمة كازخستان الآسيوية المسلمة! ولسوء حظهم لم يبلغوا ضالتهم المنشودة ففاتهم بكل أسف المؤتمر الذي عبروا البحار من أجله ولم يستطيعوا المشاركة باسم السودان، وهل افتقدهم أحدا؟ في نهاية المطاف نتساءل بكل صدق وشفافية:- هل ترى هذه الشطحة النور أم تبقى حبيسة ملفات الدوائر الحكومية المغبرّة إلى يوم يبعثون؟
- ماذا يحصد المواطن السوداني من تصرفات مثل هذه؟

- من يجنى اللوم في خطأ كهذا في غاية الغباء والاستهتار بل و الجهل المركب؟ 🙈
