What to Educate Somali Refugees?

This is the good news! However, nothing is seemingly clear as what education should those Somali refugees have.
If it were the alphabetical education as to read and write only, that would be a waste of time, money and hope to build new modern citizenship.
The education necessary for Somali refugees should get beyond that traditional education to produce a new strategic education that cleans the minds off many things, especially the mentality of revenge by violence.
They need to be educated that the country is more important than the clan is, and it is more important than the religion itself.
They need the education to know they are equal in front of the law and in front of the order and they have obligations to their country, more than that, they have to their families.
The education they need should help them understand and respect that the country is for all and the religion is for God. They need the education that leads them systematically to know that the state is a secular concept and respect this fact.
